I loved my first pregnancy pillow but I hated not being able to cuddle with my man. And he hated it too! This seems more convenient, and the cooling effect is an absolute YES!

hated sleeping with my pregnancy pillow until i tried flipping it upside down so the gap was where my head was (so i could use my actual pillow without feeling like i was snapping my neck) def worth a try before switching but do whatever works best for you always

I loved mine until the hot flashes kicked in 😂 i ended up essentially building a blanket hest around me to stay comfy 😂

I have one and still wake up every 1-2 to roll. My body physically cannot do it asleep. Also I personally hate the fabric it’s so itchy I put a pillowcase over mine.
