Meatballs: Mix everything together and form small balls. 2. Base: Heat oil, sauté sliced onions until golden. Add spices. 3. Add meatballs, cover, cook 7–10 minutes (don’t move too much). 4. Add carrots, peas, and corn. Mix tomato paste, sugar, and water, pour in. Cover and cook another 10–15 minutes. 5. Rice: Add everything to a pot, bring to a boil.
