when my son was 4 he told me he chose me from all the moms, I joked and said you picked me because I look like you. he didn't miss a beat and said I look like you BECAUSE I picked you. he is 16 now and tells me he will pick me in every universe. I feel the exact same,our bond is definitely undeniable.

My daughter (when about 6) told me she doesn’t like it when I say “I love you more”. I told her “well, my heart is bigger. So I have more love to give”. She sat quiet. Thought about it and then said “Ok. But I loved you first” she says she chose me before I knew about her. So now we have an agreement and a saying. She says “I love you”. I say “I love you more!” She says “I loved you first”. 💗

So I don’t have a great relationship w/my mom & I’ve seen stuff like this so often…it’s hard for me to believe I chose someone who puts so much negativity in my life & makes me feel bad when all I want is to be close. But w/my own kids, well, not my oldest exactly, but the other 2, we have the best relationship so much that I wish even more I could have it w/my mom. A lot of times I feel like my oldest hates me. I also hate to think she chose me bc we had a bad past life. Idk.
