as someone who lives in greece and parties a lot with greeks and locals, there is no money i would be offered to fall for mykonos, santorini, zakyntos propaganda, it is overhyped and romantized just bcs of celebrities, go to smaller islands and have proper holiday and party time!

Happened to me many moons ago in Cyprus a doctor found me in the road black and blue and thought I was terminal sick took me to hospital and then stayed and put me back into my room there's good ppl on the earth but many bad in so sorry this is heartbreaking to see 🥺

Also, they use very cheap branded alcohol which can give very similar alcohol poisoning effects that make you feel like you got spiked as well. Not trying to discredit everyone’s experience, but I am a business owner in Greece.

Omg girl I’m sorry this happened to you - I nearly got spiked in June 2023 when I was out in Mykonos, but this Aussie couple saw my drink get spiked and took it off me before I could take a sip 😳😳 they literally saved my life that night, and they said it happens all the time there. I was by myself too, it could’ve been so bad
