i don't think it's Traveler's fault. Didn't Venti say that Signora became too arrogant? She thought she could take the Gnosis just as easily as before. Since she obtained the Gnosis from Venti and Zhongli without much difficulty, she got overconfident. What she didn't realize was that the Electro Archon wasn't someone she could deal with so casually.
