officer Adam is correct, judges are allowed to make these changes after an investigation has been processed, he is trying to avoid arresting both parents for court order contempt.

that's so crazy that they're trying to remove children from their home based on allegations... the social worker must've added extra"facts" to their "report" to get the judge to sign an order of removal... removing kids from their homes based on false allegations can be very traumatic for them as well as the parents!! tbh I've seen so many cases where kids should've definitely been removed and weren't,... and kids that should've never been removed and were, and their parents had to jump thru hoops to get them back!! SO SAD!!

I hate when children are taken on “allegations” and they set court for three days. When people get arrested for DUI, they see a judge the very next morning. It breaks my heart because a lot can happen in three days.

That police officer at the end I am very proud of you. That is absolutely the way you should be policing that ball headed cop. He was unprofessional and tried to escalate the situation.
