How do you put your puppy down for a nap from here? We’ve allowed our puppy to sleep on the sofa with us as we were struggling to get him to sleep in the crate. But this makes enforcing naps really difficult :(

Our puppy is a little over 5 months and is biting so bad!! If its not us, its our pillows or couch. He has an endless amount of chew toys we rotate every few days. We can tell when hes tired because hes 10x worse and runs away from us to the point we have to get a treat to just get him to focus in on us. I'm always getting told it won't last, so hopefully 😌

in my experience usually you can eventually learn the difference between teething biting and tiredness biting and then what isn’t either. with my puppy he usually just “grab” bites me when he’s tired so he doesn’t actually bite he just puts his mouth around your arm and grabs it a bit instead of actually trying to bite

my 3 month old shih tzu does this when shes playing and we yell at her to stop and ignore her.... but that seems to make her wsnt bite more and we cant get her yo stop doing it
