Honestly, people really go around thinking their friend stopped talking to them because of one small thing, and come with this “enemies” shit. But have you ever wondered how many times your friend had to accept other “misunderstandings” you put them through, forgive you, or simply stay quiet about it? People get tired. They are not obligated to keep a friendship going or explain their reasons when they decide to end it.

Disagree. Sometimes, even if you have a high consideration for the person, the relationship itself can be very mentally draining and if they don’t respect your boundaries you don’t need to confront them if you already feel that you lost them. Protecting your energy is about stopping making everybody feel comfortable. And you can’t save people who don’t wanna be saved.

it happened with me this week. a whole group of friends turning against me. no reason. no explanation. I don't know what I did and I'm serious. they suddenly left my group, and started talking about me behind my back. maybe it's because I'm too honest or maybe because I have strong opinions and I don't know what to feel now.

guys heard the voice from the other side @Halo Aku Aurora:It's not always that simple. Sometimes people don't walk away because of one small misunderstanding. They walk away after repeatedly tolerating behavior that hurts them. If someone keeps crossing your boundaries and only realizes it's a problem when the same behavior is directed back at them, then the issue isn't "one small misunderstanding." Distance can be the result of accumulated disrespect, not a lack of communication.
