Good to be honest, commercial brands naming stadiums is just cringe, which is why I’m glad the MCG will never do such a thing as there would be an absolute outrage if they do.

If they wanted to protect their sponsors, those sponsors should have provided the stadiums and all the branding inside the stadium. The ketchup, the soda, etc. If other brands exist inside the stadium, then fifa is endorsing them simply by using them and those brands should sue fifa for malicious censorship. 😐

No, the sponsorships are getting out of hand. Those are not even the companies paying to build most of those stadiums. Taxpayers end up paying for them through incentive programs in the cities.
