For me the thing I like about Subway cookies is they are very heavy on vanilla. and for some reason when I make my own I'm not brave enough or I think it too much money in vanilla 🙈

Add raspberries lollies (Allen’s brand) chop them also add white chocolate chips or chocolate choc chips! Delish

I do this with the blue packet , vanilla cake mix approx 80g butter melted and one egg, same time and temp give or take . I do m&ms or choc chips or both 😂 weigh them out to about 60g per ball and flatten them abit and they really are like a subway cookie , woul show you a pic but kids ate them all 😂

I made these, I did half in balls like you have then the other half I flattened and used a cookie cutter, the ones I flattered actually weren’t far off subway cookings

I do this with 1 egg and 100g of butter. I make the cookies a little bigger though, I usually get 10 cookies in 1 batch. Bake for 13 minutes at 180, sooo good. Sometimes I add icing to the top too, cause I have a sweet tooth ! 😅

I do similar with this mix but with literally just 125g melted butter + a splash of water until it’s dough like consistency, add mini m&ms to mix in then also press some ontop before baking. They are addictive!!
