A Prayer for the New Week Heavenly Father, As I stand at the beginning of this new week, I come before You to quiet my heart and surrender the days ahead into Your hands. Thank You for the gift of a fresh start, for the breath in my lungs, and for Your mercies that are new every morning. I do not know what this week holds, but I know who holds my week. I place my trust completely in You. Lord, I ask for Your guidance in every decision I make over the next seven days. Multiply my time and efforts so that I can be productive and efficient. Help me to see the people around me through Your eyes.
