it should’ve always been a grappling approach fighters ego gets in the way to much. thats why fighters like movsar and islam are so impressive the don’t let ego ever get in the way they don’t play games they always do what they should. illa ruined his career striking with gathje could’ve easily subbed him. even belal threw away his career trying to strike with jack.
