What about Asian students, especially Indian and Pakistani students, who are working in cafés, restaurants, shops, and hotels? At the same time, the Jobcentre and DWP report that unemployment is increasing. It would be interesting to understand the reasons behind this rather than making assumptions. Are these jobs unattractive to local people, or are there other factors such as pay, working hours, availability, or employer preferences?

That’s a joke. ‘Skilled’ should come under degree holders or people who have trained to be joiners, electricians ect and they should require conversational English skills
