@justcookinfr: if you love oven baked chicken as much as I do, try this one out!!! * 2 lbs (about 900 g) chicken (thighs, breasts, or drumsticks) * 2 tbsp olive oil * chopped cilantro * 1 tsp paprika * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp chili powder * 1 tsp of cumin * 1 tsp of smoked paprika * ½ tsp black pepper * 1 tsp salt (or to taste) * ½ tsp chili flakes (optional) * 1/2 tsp of parsley flakes * Juice of 1 lemon Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, and all the seasonings in the bowl with the chicken. 3. Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes (overnight is even better). 4. Arrange the chicken on a baking tray or baking dish. 5. Bake for 35–45 minutes, depending on the cut, until the chicken is cooked through. 6. For extra color and crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes.
