NYDA is shit. I had all the paper work, including a purchase order but they never approved the funding I applied for. Same as SEFA. Not sure which public funding works well.

Services are not free at SEDA-SEDFA. A client pays 10% and then SEDFA tops it with 90% subsidy. I’ve been a Service Provider for more than 10 years now.
