this blow my mind i am certified chef with degree and 35 yr of cooking experience and when starting out in culinary i was told not to cut or use you knife on metal or to cut on stainless steel tables what happen my knife cost at minimum of 400 each

I purchased one two weeks ago. i got the middle size one. It was exactly as it was described except for one thing. The wide flange/lip that goes against the edge of the counter is not that tall. However, there is plenty of revel there to hold it in place. They also sent two pieces of grip pad to put under it, so it doesn't slide in any direction. The size was exactly as described on the one I got. I purchase quite a bit on the TT shop. The Milwaukee style slide on flashlight's and (especially) my Vevor 58cc chainsaw are incredible buys for the money. The saw fires right up just like the brand names, if not better.
