please I need some advice. HMRC is forcing me to pay tax as self employed when I have never been self employed. Also they are charging me late payments for self assessments. I work for one big electricity company as my employer. They are charging me from 2023 till now. I rang HMRC many times and they keep telling me that I should pay because I'm self employed and I even told them to contact my employer.

they owe me 3k+ tax over payment. i have consistently requested this in the last 3 years but was ignored. I made a complaint 2 months ago and I received a letter to provide my bank statement for 2018/19 when I left the bank in 2019. The bank says due to retention policy they don't have that information anymore. what should I do? it's upsetting 😡 also they've consistently asking me to complete self assessment when I an not self employed. it's crazy.

Hi Andrew, I need to talk to you. I gave my tax officer £2000 and he didn't pay my tax and HMRC has closed my company officially as I requested however I got a letter requesting for a cooperation tax without any figure. please I will like to interact with you. Thanks.
