I would rather hear about tax loopholes being closed rather than wealthy folk not dispersing monies avoiding their share of tax. Taxation isn't evil it's necessary. In a big country like Australia with a small population it is more challenging to provide infrastructure and services.

they will always get their 30% in the end, you can kick the rock down the road, keep funds in the company at 15%, but eventually you will run out of road, want to spend the money, and pay the other 15%

Further reason to not get excited: Whenever ATO loses a case, the legislation is subsequently amended "for clarity".
