I know this pain EXACTLY. I have stage 4 Endo and this is monthly for me. Tramadol is the only thing that helps and I got that from hospital after my Endo surgery last year. Surgery didn’t help the pain as much as I thought it would

I used to get every month. Get some Naprogesic they are the best I can’t walk if I dont have them.
