And what they mean by ready for transport, straps, safety chains, tow light, and if need be dolly's, that's what they mean.Ready for transport. even if the tow truck company just picks the car up and you show up, they have to drop it for free.Because it's not ready for transport.It's just like an eighteen wheeler.When they get loaded, they have to strap their load down.Same thing with the towing industry.No matter the flatbed are wheel, lift tow truck, they have to put straps and safety chains on the vehicle.They have to put on wheel, lift, straps safety chains.If need be dollies and tow light that's the legal way in Texas. But a lot of towing companies don't do this. I've seen videos on TikTok where towing companies are calling the police and the police are helping them violate the law like Houston police Dallas police. the sixth video or the tow truck driver is pulling away from the curb, with the car and the guy chasing and he goes around the parking lot that's illegal. That's grand theft auto. Because that car is not legally safe to go down the road.
