@Matt Matsimus: Because being single is often the market's way of telling you that you're either aiming too low, aiming too high, or spending more time building excuses than building yourself. The better question isn't "Why am I still single?" It's "Would I date myself if I had options?" Fix that answer, and the relationship part usually takes care of itself.

Although now a days you can be bitter/stubborn in your own ways for your own valid reasons due to family and friends walking over you in your past and now you tend to keep to yourself and keep your circle limited.
