Apricot Jam مربى المشمش Apricots are having their main character moment and I’m just here for the jam. The season is short, sweet, and officially open! Time to turn these fuzzy little sun-kisses into golden jars of pure joy. APRICOT JAM 1 1/2 Kilo of Fresh Apricot ( solid feel ) 2 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar 1/2 of Lemon Juice 1/2 Tsp Citric Acid 1 Stick Cinnamon 2 Piece of Lemon Peel Note: Make sure the Apricot well washed and dry prior.. Directions: Wash the Apricot, Dry, Slice & Remove Seeds. Put in a pan, add sugar & let it rest overnight. (Next day) On medium heat bring it boil. Add Lemon juice, Cinnamon, Lemon Peel. Remove the foam & stir carefully so the Apricot doesn't get mashed. Continue to cook for 20-25 mins. Turn off the heat & let it cool completely. Put it in clean Jars & seal it properly. Store in the Fridge. ( will last for up to over 6 months) Serve it Cold with Baguette, Cream Cheese, or unsalted Butter. Enjoy 👩🍳#apricots #jam #مربى #المشمش #
