I purposely wait until the last hr to pass in my reports. I have 15 days to get reports done. Most of the time I can get them done in 2-3 max and sometimes just a day. But I refuse to do them in the shortened time because I'll just handed a new report immediately. I used to fly through things but realized pretty quick it didn't benefit me. So now I drag my feet for weeks.
