I think you are vastly over estimating OpenAI. They are very unprofitable business with cuckoo leadership. Anthropic is a real good business. Microsoft has its own shit as well. Google got its own shit but AI specifically it’s like a paper tiger.

microsoft is not falling out of ai because of openai investment. the will fall out because they are incompetent. they botched the best chance they had - they held enterprises with office suite in their palm and yet copilot is near useless. they are just incompetent.
