I also think a really good diet coming up to your Section that is high in fibre and also protein for healing ❤️🩹

Arnica tablets and drinkable collagen supplements were two others I was recommended! all help with healing apparently and I know arnica helped me after my wisdom teeth op so can see how itd help x

My sister in law had one a month ago and she’s recovering really well and I’ve still got 4 months til I’m due but this is my second not sure if I want to just opt for a c section or try natural again just less meds this time

I’m trying to get as much information as possible, I’ve had 3 babies but I’m having my first section with my twins & I’m really anxious 🙃 I healed so slow when I had ectopic surgery & that was mainly keyhole 🥲
