drink loads of water. the laxatives job is to draw water from your body to your bowel and help you go. Chug a pint of water when using them

I get ibs and im either 1 way r the other if ur really bad only thing that doesn't give me cramps is movicol or prune juice after 2 day u will start to go naturally now I would take two big glasses over 2 days and mabe a bit extra but it will get things moving lol

I suffer IBS and Diverticulitis. Handfull of nuts and boiled water works for me. Too many greens don't help.xx
