Ridiculous, you have to prove intent. He just punched that bully, no weapon, one punch. How can someone know they were gonna do severe bodily harm, if he outweighed the other boy significantly, probably, if he beat him, sure. We can't punch a shit talker, but Cops can shoot, or kill innocent people, and walk away. Hmmmm..
