So we’re old enough to go into school for around seven hours a day revise for our GCSE that are apparently going to change our future but I’m not allowed to scroll on TikTok or watch a video on YouTube. It’s diabolical

My opinion is that I feel like this is wrong because I have friends that have moved to different country and I do not have their number on but I have there social media on ,this helps me feel more connected to them . Another thing is that kids now have grown up on social media and when you band something that they have always mostly relied on it is throwing there hole life away . Another point is that I dont live near my school and I have no round my age near me so I cant just go out and talk to people and kick a ball around like they will tell us to I use social media to plan when ir where I want to go out . Also people in this time use social media to help them feel like there not alone in something they are going through as people are way more open about there feelings then before social media . Social media also helps us learn political things and let kids under 16 have a voice in these issues as if they ban it we will have a littler voice and not be able to spread are opinion.
