@edenleemurray2.0: There was a time I would’ve had to plan everything around shifts, ask for time off, or feel guilty for needing flexibility. Now, I don’t have to do any of that. I’m on my way to pick up my children from nursery, and I didn’t need to ask permission, book annual leave, or stress about missing work. That’s the real difference this has made for me. I’ve been able to reduce my hours, create more flexibility in my life, and actually be present for my kids in the moments that matter most. It’s not about working less… it’s about working in a way that fits around real life instead of fighting against it.
