am i the only one that thinks this is the childest shit on the planet? then everyone starts talking around to figure out what happened and it just creates rumors, drama and chaos. i wish managers would just pull people aside and tell them personally, unless it’s an issue with multiple workers. it’s just silly to me

As a manager I detest broad reminders and other passive aggressive bullshit and would always prefer a casual chat as my first port of call with employees whom need reminding of certain rules and regulations. I’m on a mission to make my style the norm in hospitality.
