@munju88543: My Chicken Noodle Casserole 🐔🍜 Ingredients • 12 oz bag extra wide egg noodles • 8 chicken breast tenderloins • 1 can cream of chicken soup • ½ cup chicken broth (from boiling chicken) • 4 oz sour cream (more if desired) • Pepper, to taste • 1–2 cups shredded cheese (Colby Jack recommended) • Salt (for noodle water) Instructions 1. Cook noodles according to package directions, adding a little salt to the water. Drain. 2. Boil chicken until cooked through. Shred to your liking. Save some broth. 3. Combine noodles, cream of chicken soup, ½ cup chicken broth, sour cream, and pepper. Stir well. 4. Add shredded chicken to the mixture and mix again. If mixture is too thick, add more broth. 5. Pour into a casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese. 6. Bake at 400°F for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly and golden. 7.
