230g butter melted (browned) 100g caster sugar 200g brown sugar (mix until all sugar dissolved) 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 egg 1 egg yolk 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 250g plain flour dark chocolate (as much as you like) (i kept my dough in freezer for 1 hour) bake 180deg 10 minutes (take out and smack on counter) continue baking 5 minutes
