2 days ago a customer came and asked for a coffee and a croissant, the manager gave the wrong croissant cause we were in rush hour and this lady instead of coming back and say “you gave me the wrong product” she took her half eaten croissant and threw it to the manager! This same night the manager send a message to everyone saying this btch is banned from our shop and if she ever comes again to tell her we won’t serve her! I think I am in paradise! After all these years working in any kind of business from secretary to medical assistant to barista FINALLY I found a business that cares for its employees! 🥰
