NATIVE / PALM OIL SPAGHETTI RECIPE Ingredients: * Spaghetti * Palm oil * Bell peppers * Cayenne peppers * Scotch bonnet peppers * Onions * Locust beans (iru) * Cow skin (ponmo) * Panla fish * Boiled eggs * Seasoning powder * Salt * Spring onions Wash and roughly blend the bell peppers, cayenne peppers, scotch bonnet peppers, and onions. Set aside. Heat some palm oil in a clean pot. Add sliced onions and locust beans, then sauté for a few minutes until fragrant. Pour in the blended pepper mix and add the cow skin. Season with seasoning powder and salt, stir well, cover, and allow it to cook together. When it half way cooked, add the shredded panla fish and boiled eggs. Stir gently, cover, and let everything cook until the sauce is well fried. In another pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt and the spaghetti, and cook until it is about halfway done. Then drain the water. Transfer the half cooked spaghetti into the sauce. Mix well, cover, and allow it to steam in the sauce until fully cooked and well combined. Finish with chopped spring onions. (You can also add scent leaf or curry leaf if you prefer) Serve and enjoy your delicious native spaghetti! #cookwithtemmy #nativespagghetti #recipes
