Climbing up high altitudes mountains needs lots of preparation and health checks. The air is thin and gets harder & harder to breathe. So do not rush. Walk t pace ur heart and lungs can cope. Get adequate rest and acclimatize at each level check point. Mountain climbing is not about strength, endurance but most important is the lungs capacity and blood oxygen level to cope. Must always have a local guide with u and carry along breathing aids/ apparatus when needs arise. Not recommended for people with asthmatic, respiratory & cardiac problems.
