This happened to me but I didn’t realize it and the venue ended up giving us new tickets! StubHub refunded us too so it ended up being a free concert! Hope you get to see bad bunny tonight!!!

this happened to me last week!! go to the box office, show them your order confirmation email with the seat numbers, and they should be able to pull up the tickets on their end at the venue!

Stub hub allowed me to buy tickets a week in advance and didn’t “release” them, so the seller used them, and I wasn’t notified until I got to the venue and mine wouldn’t scan. Never use StubHub.

Okay this happened to me on Ticketmaster. I’d recommend disputing it with your credit card and my number one rec, report them to the better business bureau !! They work real quick once you do those two things

This has happened to me too. Even at a small concert venue. It happened right as we were talking up to get our tickets. Thankfully the venue comped us new tickets

I used to work for stun hub and I use to take these calls 😭 it was always the worst! ESP for Taylor swift tickets. But back then we had great resources to solve the issues. Sad to hear how bad the department has become since then

Same thing happened to me the day of the concert. We never got the tickets to see Bruno Mars but we did get a refund. BFD. I really wanted to go to the concert. 😒 I will never use Stubhub again.
