@get.after.it.fitness: Hip Thrust the traditional way, using just a bar and a bench. The key is to make sure your thighs to your shins are at 90°, keep your feet angled out about 40° with your heels about 8 inches apart. Start off with 20 clamshells with the weight at full height. Then go down with your knees together and as you explode up, you spread your knees apart. On your very last rep do a static hold with your knees, pushing against the bands. It’s hard as you can..
