Never be too close and share too much personal info at work with coworkers. The closest/friendliest ones are the most dangerous, in my experience. Go to work, talk only when necessary, get things done, go home. There’s all there is.

I resigned 2 years ago and at that time I was willing to give up my management position just to get rid of my boss. Best decision I’ve ever made. Currently working still the same position I left in a new job. great boss and high paying job. plus wfh. God is good. May you all find a job that calms your mind ☺️

happened to me 3 years ago. iniyakan ko ng sobra and ilang buwan din ako nagtiis, but at the end i gave up kasi hindi ko na kinaya sobrang toxic na.

skl. i remember din kung gaano ako kasaya sa last day ko sa work. sabi nila sayang daw kase nagresign ako bago ibigay bonus pero hindi ko na inisip yon. that time inuna ko na talaga mental health ko. may dumating din na magandang opportunity kaya thankful ako na na-save ako from that environment. ang hirap kase ng overworked at underpaid na nga, bully at toxic pa ibang kawork. so eto finally free from bullies, endured it for 3 years din (yung ibang naging bullies ko nauna lang nagresign haha). healing dust for everyone! ✨❤️🩹🌱

Sana nabasa nya ito . I choose to give up kasi nakakapagod na pa ulit ulit ang situation. You did your best but all your effort was just nothing to them and they seen those person na sobraa na sa kasipsipan.💔

I resigned kagabi lang nag pasa ako ng resignation sa visor ko and he ask why pero di na ako nag explain. Pagod na din ako at di na rin kaya ng mental health ko. Actually napapabayaan ko na sarili ko. And now after ko mag pasa ng resignation letter biglang gumaan pakiramdam ko parang nakalaya ako at walang pagsisisi.

got tired from my previous job kasi palaging ang daming changes na nagaganap. told my bf, he asked me to resign. handed my resignation the next day, a week after i got hired sa malaking company with a competent salary tapos may 2 months akong pahinga before my start date. I got the rest i needed, a job waiting for me and my supportive bf who gave me allowance sa unemployed era ko. lesson learned, leave if di ka na masaya. something bigger is waiting.

I resigned yesterday, And I’m so happy na, may peace of mind na. mahal ko trabaho ko pero mas mahal ko sarili ko di ko na kaya yung ginagawa nila sa mental health ko. di ko alam san sila nanggagaling 🥲 ty for almost 4yrs. ❤️🩹
