How about yung kiosk sa Kfc para umorder, need pumila, tapos pipila uli para mag bayad sa cashier tapos maghihintay uli para maprepare and mabigay ang order. 😭

sa mga crew explaining why it became useless. we understand you. pero diba you shouldn't have worked around it. ipakita niyo sa higher ups that the system they made is useless. di yung nag-work around kayo just to satisfy their wants. ang ending yung mga customer who actually follow your ordering rules are left confuse because the system is not working the way it was structured. outcome? higher ups lang ang nasatisfy. si crew haggard maghanap ng umorder. si customer na sumusunod confuse. nyek!

crew here, totoo naman na parang walang kwenta yan, pero ang problem kasi nasa mga customer, maliit lang na bilang ng customer ang nag pa-pay attention sa screen na yan and yung majority naka focus sa selpon, kwentuhan, daldalan at landian ang outcome?, napupuno ng orders yung presenter dahil hindi kinukuha agad, kaya ang ending tinatawag nalang.

Its not the crew, actually it was the people who implemented this, tbh as a former service crew its actually nit humanly possible given na maraming orders and not all costumers where not able to hear the call immediately, i am not saying na costumer ang may problema as u can see, that timer will start when the order already cash out, going to kitchen upto the serving process and take note ang minimum service time ng mga crews on front counter must be 90 sec imagine from order taking to kitchen to run and present 90 sec is not possible for a human ability. Again Huwag natin isisi sa mga staffs its ont he higher ups who implemented this set up

former crew ng mcdo here, nakikita kasi ng higher ups yung time frame per orders and pag nakita na sobrang tagal/bagal ng process and service lagot ang management ng branch. One thing pa is hindi rin naman kasi lumalapit mga customer even na nasa serving na yung order number nila hahahaha. Also may pinaka monitor rin kasi sa loob yung runner which is doon nakukuha yung picklist/order slip — pag hindi kinuha picklist doon ngawit kakatingala yung crew and matatabonan ibang orders lalo na kung peak hour.

They said that they will receive incentives if mabilis maserve yung mga orders, that’s why ni tatag agad nila na served tas tinatawag nalang nila yung order number. So yes, it is useless. In addition, they are cheating the system pa but I understand kasi I feel like they are underpaid. Their salary does not match their workload so they are doing that for the sake of incentives. At the end of the day what matters is maserve yung inorder ko.

hi, currently crew here! actually, nagwowork yan kapag nabump na ng runner sa kvs yung order kaya magrereflect na sa now serving kasi expected na kapag na bump na yung order number ay inaassemble na ng runner yan at ilalabas na sa presenter. ang sole purpose lang naman nyan ay may minamaintain ang store na bilis ng service. So basically, wala talaga shang kwenta HAHAHAHAHAHHA

jusko sa jollibee sa dasma napakabagal pistee may ganyan pa sila pero mas nauuna ang pagbibigay ng order ng pumila sa counter compare sa umorder sa kiosk nagcashless na nga para mabalis mas bumagal pa tuloy pistee order mo aabutin ng 30mns talaga di na napigilan ng kilay at mata ko umaatittude na talaga akes

Dipende yan sa branch ng mcdo. Kasi may iba ginagamit talaga nila yan, tapos may iba namang hindi kasi mas napapabilis at mas magaan para sa crew yung hindi paggamit nyan. Kapalit naman non eh pwede kang maupo, kahit hindi ka na mag antay sa harap ng screen, kasi may ibang branch na yung crew mismo magtatawag or isserve mismo sa table mo. Masyado kasing madaming kaek-ekan yung mcdo, medyo komplikado at mahirap(lalo kung sofer daming tao) para sa ibang crew yung paggamit nyan kaya siguro hindi na ginagamit😅
