Exactly you have to picture having a baby, a teen, a healthy kid, a sick kid, a criminal, a hero. Anything is possible. I opted out not cause I didn’t want kids but because I didn’t want to not be a good parent or face all options based on my own trauma

I’m 40 and I want a baby. I just never got pregnant and I don’t want to do IVF. I have also been attracting partners who don’t want kids. I can’t help but wonder if maybe it’s not meant for me and with my age now maybe something I’m being protected from.

my heart goes out to this man. it is ok to feel what you feel. you have a lot on your plate and I am not sure you have fully grieved everything you have gone thru. I am a parent of a child who has Cerebral Palsy and is in a wheelchair. I know how hard it is to have a human fully depend on you. I do have my husband and my other son but that's pretty much it. we don't have the "village" others boast about. I always worry about what will happen once we are gone. It is an awful awful feeling not knowing. much love to you sir.
