I have been taking three a day since I started except for the nitro oxide, which is only two a day yet I am almost up to three months. I am thinking about asking for a refund.

@Fatman Evans question. i been doing the chewables first then moved over to the capsules now im back to the chewables. my question is is it safe to take 3 chewables a day. reason im asking is im still pissing alot at night?

I got them a few weeks ago. I've only been taking 2 of each daily. I didn't expect to notice any difference for at least a month, because I know supplements take some time. I've made a couple other lifestyle changes at the same time, trying to get healthier. I've been pleasantly surprised to feel an uptick in energy, and I'm looking forward to continuing the journey.
