I used to be lactose intolerant at some degree. Yogurt and cheese were ok, but milk would made me a queen, attached to the throne. One day I had a gallon of raw, freshly milked milk, and every symptom disappeared, now I can have any dairy. Still don't know why.

I’m not sure it’s accurate to say these cheeses got rid of lactose intolerance. Many aged cheeses, such as Parmesan, Cheddar, and mature Gouda, contain little to no measurable lactose to begin with.

Lactose intolerance doesnt disappear when you eat certain types of cheese. 😂🤦♂️You just happen to consume cheese with lowest amounts of lactose that are easy for lactose intolerant individuals which are typically aged hard cheeses.

all this cheese looks like shit. come to Italy you'll see why. also usually the more the cheese is aged, the less likely it is to have lactose in it so that's why. not because it's raw.
