@cole._.creates: “Sometimes rejection is redirection. What was meant to break you ends up building you. Thank you to everyone supporting my journey—now let’s get you booked! 💇🏾‍♀️✨ #GainesvilleHairStylist #Braider #LocStylist #SupportSmallBusiness”It’s crazy how you can give 2 years of your life to a job, show up every day, help people whenever they needed it, and still be treated like none of it mattered. 😂 An organization is a structured group of people who come together to pursue shared goals and objectives that would be difficult or impossible for individuals to achieve alone. It typically involves a formal arrangement of roles, responsibilities, and relationships, often supported by rules, procedures, and hierarchies that coordinate activities and resources. Organizations can range from small teams and clubs to large corporations, government agencies, non-profits, and international bodies; what unites them is the deliberate coordination of human effort, information, and assets toward a common purpose. Beyond their formal structure, organizations also rely on culture, communication, and leadership to function effectively. They provide a framework for decision-making, resource allocation, and accountability while enabling specialization and division of labor. In essence, an organization transforms individual contributions into collective outcomes, whether those outcomes are products and profits, public services, social change, or the pursuit of knowledge. #😅😅😅😅😅😅 #FYP #AestheticWallpapers #4kwallpaper #wallpaper
