Rocket Lab is a good company, but for the very long term. The problem is the so-called finance influencers who hype stocks without giving any real insight or highlighting the potential risks. I am in Rocket Lab until the rollout of Neutron (their medium-lift rocket), but this is a stock that shouldn't be recommended to people who don't have knowledge of the sector and don't understand how to approach it. It's like hyping biotech but not explaining the risks, where a failed trial or a regulatory delay/rejection can cause a loss of more than 30% in an instant. In conclusion, there are too many 'influencers' throwing stock names left and right. Always check and look for info yourself, and don't listen to people blindly. And your page actually is good for that, but in this particular take on Rocket Lab, it is worth noting why it dropped rather than just stating "oooh it's bad because it lost 30 USD from its peak." This happened because of the SpaceX frenzy and got dumped after a classic buy the rumor, sell the news.

the game has changed a little bit , we are in an era of tech / ai / chips / and quantum stocks , these potential high growth sectors are pricing on future potential rather than actual earnings (of which there are none) , there’s nothing wrong with momentum trading if you’re disciplined…… it’s common for fund managers to have short term opportunistic funds in addition to their main long term investment strategies. I do that all the time in my sipp alongside the regular investments …. I got allocated £65k SpaceX sold it on Tuesday afternoon at market open £105k , quick 50 grand , hype and momentum has a place
