En China se come el Chaufan, de ese platillo se inspira el Chaulafan, una variación enteramente ecuatoriana, incluso Perú tiene su propia variación llamado arroz chaufa

En china no existe el chaulafan. Nació en Perú como el arroz chaufa y en Ecuador lo mejoramos en los puertos de Guayaquil!!

en china no existe el chaulafan, allá algo similar que hay es el chaofan y tiene muchas variantes, el chaulafan tiene sus orígenes de la receta del chaofan que significa arroz frito
