@healthinwithseppe: The only nutrient eggs are missing is vitamin C and that’s it! Everything else your body needs to function, repair, and thrive is sitting inside that egg shell. Eggs yolks are extreme y nutrient dense. Don’t fall for the fear of cholesterol, cholesterol is a precursor to all the steroid hormones your body needs. Pastured eggs are even more nutritious so if you can get your hands on corn and soy free pastured eggs from a local farm than you’re going to be getting even more nutrients and the eggs won’t be high in lineoleic acid from the corn or soy.
PUFAs tho… and when cooking them you oxidize the fats, including cholesterol. raw is law

You should cook the white, not the yolk, do some independent research and stop just assuming not cooking your food is ALWAYS better

Vitamin c requirements are way overstated. Because glucose in the blood interferes with vitamin C, a lifestyle very low in carbohydrates means much less vitamin c is actually required. Specifics unknown due to how bought science is. But. Yeah some good clean fruit is not bad just in case! Dates and kiwi show ball knowledge. Kiwi skin in NOT gross people 😁
