MEGAN: I'm not sure about the lymphatic drain, but gravity pulls out skin down that's why when people age, their ears and nose begin to droop or get longer. We are supposed to go up to counteract the gravitational pull from aging. Not sure how you can incorporate that with lymphatic drainage, but just a side note 💯🫶🏽
