Mona is great at early game but her materials is bs, also early game mizuki is not good cause you can't enter inzuma in my opinion either Mona, diluc or tignari

Diluc is good for beginners since his materials are from Mondstadt anyway. Jean is a support. Tighnari is far away. Dehya not good. Mizuki naah if you havent opened Inazuma. Mona is support. Qiqi NO. Keqing is alright but I dont recommend

Tighnari is the best one objectively (but personally I hate his playsstyle) Mona is the only one you’ll realistically put on a team mate game when you have limited characters, keqing is by far the most fun and is strong enough early game (with lunar supports and c1 she is def usable late game but she is not the best)

For a starter, Jean is a solid option. She buffs, heals, and deals decent damage. Mona is the best character on the list, but not necessarily new player friendly since you still have to learn about the game mechanics before trying to do a lot of damage.
