You can use them exactly like you would little plastic containers. For example for salad dressing when packing lunch, sauces for dipping food into, dips for fruit, travelling with seasoning instead of being a big jar. Make your own lip balms, or add essential oils into Vaseline/aquaphor to rub on your wrists, neck, behind the ears etc.
