I'm not f****** with you when I say that a lot of places outside the United States are better. It shocks us in the US, but we ain't the best at things like good design, reasonable accommodation, family leave, just being humane on the entire spectrum. I'd advise anybody who could figure it out to emigrate.

I live in Paris and unfortunately the metro is wildly inaccessible. only 1 metro line is wheelchair accessible. I don't use a wheelchair but I have to use a rollator a lot of the time and it's DIFFICULT as there are very few lifts for the metro 😭 maybe I need to get myself to Toulouse!!!

The level is THAT LOW in the UK? 😭 Toulouse is probably mid tier + in France and for people attitude a big 0, if you wanna try a really accessible City in France you should try Nantes!

This is awesome. I've been there before, but before my accident and have avoided France since as I heard it (namely Paris but I guess the whole country) was not great for wheelchair users
